Project files stay local

Project folders and source materials live on your computer. Materials imported from disk are referenced by their location. Pasted content and generated results can be saved inside the project.

Online features use a central service

Account information, signed-in devices and generation records are stored by the central service. An online generation sends the instructions and selected references needed to run it. Temporary generation files are separate from your local project.

What the support form stores

The form stores the email address, subject and message you provide, plus an optional generation ID. Replies and their processing status are kept with the request. Only the administrative interface can read this conversation; there is no public ticket lookup.

A submitted email address is not treated as verified account ownership. The form does not give support automatic access to your local files.

Cookies and request limits

This public preview does not use account cookies or third-party analytics. The form remembers a random submission ID and a message fingerprint in your browser session so a retry can reuse the same request. Rate limits use keyed fingerprints of the contact address and network address; the application does not store the network address in the ticket.

Before public launch

FRAME is a working product name. The operator’s identity and contact details, the retention schedule and final privacy terms still need to be established before publication. No public-service compliance claim is made by this preview.
